What we collect

When you submit the offer form, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- The property address you are asking about
- Your email address and phone number
- Anything you write in the notes field
When you call us, we collect your phone number and a recording or transcript of the call.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, we and the services below record standard technical information: your approximate location based on IP address, the pages you view, how long you stay, the site or search that sent you, and general details about your browser and device.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and send you an offer on your property
- To contact you about that offer and any sale that follows
- To understand which sources send us visitors, so we know where to spend our effort
- To keep the site working and free of spam submissions

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services above and the professionals involved in closing a sale you have asked us to pursue, such as a title company or attorney.
Call recording
Calls placed to the number on this site may be recorded for quality and training. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we will stop the recording.
Cookies and similar technology
Google Analytics and CallRail each set cookies in your browser. Analytics uses them to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. CallRail uses them to remember which phone number was shown to you, so a call can be matched to the visit that produced it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep offer form submissions and call records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the sale you contacted us about, and for our own business records afterward. Analytics data is retained on Google's schedule for our account.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call using the details at the top of this page and tell us what you want done. We will confirm once it is handled.
You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Children
This site is meant for property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
